Return Policy

• Corked or otherwise flawed bottles are an unfortunate, albeit infrequent, reality of the wine industry.
• According to New York State law, we are unable to accept any returns on orders.
• Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of order.
• Orders refused, canceled, or otherwise requested as a return after the order has shipped will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
